We offer a 90-day, no-questions-asked refund on your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you’re eligible for a full refund—simple as that.

2. How to Request a Refund

Just email us at support@zoomiespethealth.com with your order number and let us know you'd like a refund. No forms. No hoops. We’ll take care of the rest.

3. Return Requirements

• There’s no limit on the number of units—whether you ordered one tub or several, you’re eligible for a full refund.
  
• You don’t need to return anything to get your money back.
  
• That said, if you have any unopened tubs, sending them back helps us out a lot. We’re a small business and truly appreciate your support.
  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  
  

4. When You’ll Get Your Refund

Once your refund is approved, we’ll process it within 5–10 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
